We create email accounts in bulk across Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Proton, and iCloud, and we charge prepaid credits only for the accounts that succeed. We do not sell ready-made accounts, and we do not create organizational identities such as Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats.
What MailMaker actually is
MailMaker creates email accounts in bulk across five providers: Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Proton, and iCloud. You submit one task with a provider and a quantity, either from the dashboard or through a single REST endpoint, and the task reports back requested, successful, and failed counts along with an export of the accounts that completed.
That is the whole product. There is no campaign sender, no warmup service, no inbox manager, and no marketplace of pre-made accounts. We build the creation step and try to make it observable, and we leave everything downstream of it to you.
- Five providers from one dashboard or one endpoint
- Prepaid credits, no subscription and no expiry
- JSON, CSV, and TXT exports
- Task states you can poll instead of guess
Why you are billed for successes only
Every provider charges a fixed number of credits per successfully created account: one for Gmail and Yahoo, two for Outlook and Proton, three for iCloud. Those numbers reflect how much work each provider's signup actually takes, which is why iCloud costs three times what Gmail does rather than being priced the same for neatness.
Failed items consume zero credits. Credits reserved while a task is processing return to your balance automatically when an item fails. We chose this over a monthly subscription because a subscription pays us the same whether the batch worked or not, and we would rather the incentive point the same direction as your result.
There is no per-day cap, no per-workspace cap, and no plan tier that unlocks a higher ceiling. Your credit balance is the only limit we apply.
What we deliberately do not do
This category attracts requests we are not willing to serve, and being vague about that helps nobody. We do not sell pre-made or aged accounts, we do not provide phone-verified account inventory, and we do not offer captcha or one-time-password bypass as a product. If that is the requirement, MailMaker is the wrong service and we would rather say so before you spend anything.
We also do not create Google Workspace domain accounts, Microsoft 365 tenants or licensed seats, directory identities, or any other administered organizational identity. Those are different products with their own provisioning path, and a consumer mailbox will not satisfy them no matter how many you order.
Accounts created through MailMaker remain subject to each provider's own terms. We organize the creation task; we cannot and do not promise that a provider will never suspend an account, and any service that does promise that is not being straight with you.
- No pre-made, aged, or resold accounts
- No phone-verified account inventory
- No captcha or OTP bypass offering
- No Workspace, Microsoft 365, or directory provisioning
How we handle what the task produces
An export is a file of working logins, so we treat it that way. Results are tied to the task that produced them, retrievable by the workspace that submitted the task, and never posted into a channel you did not choose.
Once results reach you, ownership is genuinely yours: authorization for the request, secure storage of credentials, access control, and deletion when the accounts are no longer needed. We document that boundary rather than implying we manage it for you, because pretending otherwise would leave real credentials sitting in nobody's responsibility.
Who this is built for
The recurring use cases are engineering and operations work rather than marketing volume: QA teams that need disposable inboxes for signup and verification flows, agencies managing separate mailboxes per client, developers seeding test environments, and teams checking how a product behaves across more than one mail provider.
The common thread is that the accounts are a means to an end and nobody wants to spend a week creating them by hand. If you need five accounts, honestly, create them yourself. The tool starts paying for itself somewhere in the dozens.
Reaching us
Support runs on email, which keeps the task IDs and the history of a request in one written thread. There is no phone queue and no chat widget, because neither of those helps with a question that is really about a specific task.
