The single most useful thing you can put in the first message is the task ID. It carries the provider, the counts, and the timestamps, so it usually removes an entire round of clarifying questions.
Deciding whether MailMaker fits
Describe the workflow rather than the quantity: what the accounts are for, which provider the receiving system expects, and what happens to the accounts afterwards. That is usually enough for us to tell you whether this is the right tool, and occasionally the answer is no.
If you need organizational identities such as Google Workspace users or Microsoft 365 seats, say so up front. We do not create those, and knowing early saves both of us a round trip.
A task did not behave as expected
Include the task ID. It carries the provider, the requested quantity, the successful and failed counts, and the timestamps, which means we can look at exactly what you are looking at instead of asking you to describe it.
Do not paste exported credentials into the message. We never need account passwords to investigate a task, and an email thread is a poor place for them to live.
- Include: the task ID and what you expected to happen
- Include: the provider and requested quantity
- Do not include: passwords or exported credential files
- Do not include: your API key
Billing, credits, and refunds
Credits do not expire, and failed items are never charged, so most billing questions turn out to be about a partial task where the successful count was lower than the requested one. If that is the case, send the task ID and we will walk through the reconciliation with you.
For questions about a payment itself, include the date and the email address on the workspace. Do not send card details or full payment credentials by email.
API access and volume pricing
The REST API is available to every workspace at api.mailmaker.io, with no plan gate on access. If you are integrating and something in the task lifecycle is ambiguous, tell us which endpoint and which state you are stuck on.
For sustained volume beyond the listed packs, tell us the monthly account count and the provider mix. The provider mix matters more than the total, because an iCloud-heavy programme costs three times a Gmail-heavy one at the same account count.
Reporting abuse
If you believe accounts created through MailMaker are being used for spam, phishing, or fraud, report it to the same address and include whatever evidence you have, such as message headers or the offending addresses. Abuse is grounds for termination of the workspace responsible.
Provider trust and safety teams are welcome to contact us directly on the same address.
Common questions
How do I contact MailMaker support?
Email hello@mailmaker.io. Include the task ID if your question is about a specific order, and never include passwords or exported credentials.
How quickly does MailMaker reply?
We aim to reply within one business day. Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UTC.
Is there phone or live chat support?
No. Support is by email only, which keeps a written record of the request and the task IDs involved.
Can I get custom pricing for high volume?
Yes. Email us with your expected monthly account count and the provider mix, since the mix affects the credit total more than the account count does.
