Outlook, Hotmail, and Microsoft account phrases overlap in search, but they can describe different needs. MailMaker's workflow is for Microsoft-hosted consumer email-account tasks. It does not create Microsoft 365 licenses, Entra ID users, Azure tenants, or organizational directories.

Document the expected Microsoft email flow and confirm it in the receiving product before scaling. At two credits per successful result, the useful pilot is the smallest batch that exercises the actual export, owner, and downstream acceptance path.
Keep Outlook terminology precise at handoff
Label the result according to the actual consumer email workflow instead of using Microsoft account as a catch-all. The receiving team should not infer tenant, license, employee, or directory capabilities from a completed Outlook mailbox task.
Failed-account credit protection
Only successfully completed Outlook accounts consume credits. Every item reported as failed is guaranteed to use zero credits; if 2 credits were reserved during processing, the reservation returns to the workspace automatically. A partial task is charged only for successful output.

A representative pilot uses the real configuration, export format, owner, and downstream destination. At 2 credits per successful account, 10 completed results use 20 credits and 100 use 200. Scale only after the receiving workflow accepts the pilot and returned credits have been reconciled.
Keep the final record explainable
Preserve the Outlook task ID with requested, successful, and failed counts, actual credits used, credits returned, result owner, and export destination. If a replacement is approved, include only the unresolved quantity instead of repeating the completed portion of the original task.
