For small tests and occasional tasks.
No plans.
Just credits.
Buy a prepaid balance once, then use it across all five supported email providers. You see the estimated credit cost before submitting a task and pay only for accounts reported as successful.
No monthly subscription · One balance for five providers · Failed items use zero creditsFinal usage follows the successful count. If 92 accounts succeed, the task uses 92 credits—not 100.
Choose the balance that fits your next batch.
Every pack funds the same product and the same five providers. Larger packs lower the effective price per credit; they do not lock features behind a plan.
A practical balance for recurring batches.
A lower effective rate for larger workflows.
The lowest listed rate for regular volume.

One balance. Five clear rates.
The provider rate is multiplied by the successful account count. A task's requested quantity is an estimate; its completed result determines actual usage.
100 successful accounts = 100 credits
View Gmail details →100 successful accounts = 100 credits
View Yahoo details →100 successful accounts = 200 credits
View Outlook details →100 successful accounts = 200 credits
View Proton details →100 successful accounts = 300 credits

Use the successful quantity × provider rate formula. For mixed workflows, calculate each provider separately and add the totals.
100 Outlook accounts
100 successful accounts × 2 credits
= 200 credits80 of 100 Gmail accounts succeed
80 successful accounts × 1 credit
= 80 credits used50 Gmail + 25 Outlook + 10 iCloud
(50 × 1) + (25 × 2) + (10 × 3)
= 130 creditsFailed account items cost zero credits.
MailMaker may reserve the estimated amount while a task is processing. When the task reaches a final state, only successful items consume credits. Credits reserved for failed items return to the same workspace balance automatically.
- Completed task: charged for every successful account.
- Partial task: charged only for the successful portion.
- Failed item: zero credits used for that item.
- Future provider status: outside the credit-back guarantee.
Estimate first. Reconcile the final result.
Prepaid pricing is useful only when the movement of credits can be explained. MailMaker keeps the task quantities and credit outcome together so a team can compare what it requested with what it actually received.
Review the estimate
Confirm the provider, requested quantity, per-account rate, and estimated total before creating the task.
Track one task ID
Keep the original task ID while the request moves through queued and processing states. Avoid duplicate replacement orders.
Reconcile actual usage
Compare requested, successful, and failed counts with the actual credits used and any credits returned.
Questions before buying credits.
What is a MailMaker credit?+
A MailMaker credit is the prepaid unit used to pay for successful email-account results. It is an internal billing unit, not a cryptocurrency or transferable token. The number of credits used depends on the selected provider and the number of successful accounts.
Does MailMaker require a monthly subscription?+
No. MailMaker uses prepaid credit packs rather than a monthly subscription. Your workspace balance remains available until it is used for successful account results.
How many credits does each email provider use?+
Gmail and Yahoo use one credit per successful account. Outlook and Proton use two credits per successful account. iCloud uses three credits per successful account. The estimated total is shown before a task is submitted.
What happens to my credits when an account fails?+
Every account item reported as failed by a MailMaker task consumes zero credits. If credits were temporarily reserved while that item was processing, they are returned to the workspace balance automatically.
How is a partially completed task charged?+
A partial task is charged only for the accounts reported as successful. For example, if 80 of 100 Gmail accounts succeed, the task uses 80 credits and the unsuccessful items use zero credits.
Can one credit balance be used for all five providers?+
Yes. The same workspace balance can fund Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Proton, and iCloud tasks. Each task keeps its own provider rate, requested quantity, successful count, failed count, and actual credit use.
Does the credit-back guarantee cover future account status?+
No. The guarantee covers MailMaker credit treatment when creation is reported as failed. It does not promise permanent access, future third-party provider availability, or compliance for a customer's later use of an account.
